Baileys Original Irish Cream Hot Chocolate

A delicious variation on the classic hot chocolate drink, this adds a fabulous rich, creamy dimension that's not hard to create but made to be savoured with a few friends.

Ingredients for

  • 50ml.
    Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 150ml.
    Hot Chocolate
  • 1piece(s)
    Whipped Cream
  • 1shaving(s)
    Chocolate Shaving
  • 0.8 units of alcohol per serve
  • Equipment
  • 1 x
    Short Glass
  • 1 x

How to make

  1. Pour Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and hot chocolate into a glass.
    Using a jigger, measure 150ml hot chocolate into a saucepan and heat gently. Pour into a short glass with 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
    Squirt whipped cream onto the drink and sprinkle chocolate curls on top of the cream.
