Honey Pumpkin Pie

Honey Pumpkin Pie

1 c. brown sugar or 3/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk (use 1 cup if honey is used)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Mix ingredients in order listed above. Blend thoroughly. Pour batter intobaked pie shell. Bake at 450 for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 40 to 45 min.
