Smoky Potato Salad

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 5 - 10 Mins
Cooking Time: 15 Mins

Ingredients
* 350g (12 oz) new or salad patatoes
* 85g (3 oz) lean Smoked Bacon
* 3 - 4 Spring onion, Finely sliced
* 4 Level Tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnise
* Crispy Salad Leaves

Preparation
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and place under cold running water.
2. Meanwhile, put the pacon rashers in a non - stick pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy.
3. Drain on a paper Towel.
4.halve or quarter the potatoes, Depending on their size.
5. combine the Potatoes with the bacon. onions, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and mix well.
6. Mix Lightly with some crispy lettuce leaves and spoon into a serving bowl.
