Ingredients
1 tsp lemon juice
4 dollops
* Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp crushed garlic
4 salmon fillets
25Og cherry tomatoes
* A dollop is one level tablespoon of Hellmann’s mayonnaise (15ml)
Method
Mix together the lemon juice,
mayonnaise and garlic.
Drizzle over the salmon fillets and tomatoes.
Bake at 17O°C for 15 minutes.
Serving suggestion: Serve with
wholegrain rice and a side salad.
