Eggnog
4 eggs well beaten
3 tablespoons sugar or 1/2 cup honey
4 cups of cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Few grains of nutmeg

Few grains of nutmeg
Place all ingredients in a tightly covered container and shake, or place in a blender and mix. Pour into glasses, and garnish with nutmeg.
Variation: Fluffy Eggnog - Separate the whites from the eggs and beat till stiff, and fold into other ingredients just before pouring into glasses.
