Cranberry Pineapple Salad

Cranberry Pineapple Salad

4 c. (1 lb) fresh cranberries
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
Wash and remove stems from cranberries. Put through food chopper. Add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar; mix well. Chill. Makes 2 pints
