Time Out Turkey
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 wholemeal tortilla wraps
1 tsp vegetable oil
300g cooked turkey
75g leftover stuffing
60ml cranberry sauce
4 dollops* of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
80g finely grated Cheddar cheese
* 1 dollop is a level tablespoon of mayonnaise (15ml)
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the
turkey and leftover stuffing until piping
hot. Then place to one side.
Place a tortilla wrap into a frying pan,
spread with cranberry sauce and spoon
evenly over the turkey filling.
Sprinkle with cheese and Hellmann’s Light
Mayonnaise, then fold the tortilla in half.
Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes on
each side or until golden
