Pomegranate Christmas cocktail

Add a touch of sparkle to your party with a refreshing pomegranate and ginger cocktail using that very Italian ingredient, vermouth.

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Stir together the vermouth and pomegranate juice. Pour into martini glasses, adding an ice cube if you wish.
  2. Top up with ginger ale and serve.
