Disaronno Portantonio


 

An exotic mix for holiday highs

Unleash the spirit of escapism with a burst of DISARONNO, Jamaican rum, triple sec and pineapple juice.
  • ¼ part DISARONNO
  • 1½ parts Jamaican rum
  • ¼ part Triple sec
  • 2 parts Pineapple juice

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

To pick a great pineapple, choose one that shows signs of turning yellow-gold. It should also have a pleasant, mild aroma at the base.
